Thank goodness it’s Friday, Community Fitness Club! Let’s close out the week with a 20 minute recovery AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible). In today’s workout, you will complete rounds of 10 leg raises, 10 Supermans, 10/8 calories on the air bike, a 20 second wall sit, a 20 second plank, and a 20 second downward-facing dog stretch throughout the 20 minute time period. Today’s workout is all about recovery and feeling good, so take it a little slower and perform each movement mindfully and purposefully.

10 leg raises
10 Supermans
10/8 calories air bike
20 second wall sit
20 second plank
20 second downward facing dog stretch
