We will end the week with a nice sprint. We’ve done a couple of sprints on the rower in the past few weeks, but today we are going to switch to the air bike. For today’s workout, we will bike as hard as we can for one minute and then we will rest for one minute. We will then repeat this pattern nine more times. It will be hard, but try to keep up your intensity throughout the workout!
To time today’s WOD using the SmartWOD timer app:
(1) Press “TABATA”.
(2) Select 10 rounds of 1:00 work, 1:00 rest.
(3) Press "START TIMER".
Everyone will perform the same workout today. The only difference will be how many calories you accumulate on the air bike!
Everyone:
10 rounds for time:
1 minute max effort air bike for calories
1 minute rest
