We will end the week with a nice sprint. Usually I caution you to pace yourself during a workout. Not this time. Row as hard as you can for one minute and then rest for one minute. Repeat seven more times. Try to keep up your intensity, so that you row approximately the same distance each round.
You can time today’s WOD using the SmartWOD time app:
(1) Press “TABATA”.
(2) Select 8 rounds of 1:00 work, 1:00 rest.
(3) Press "START TIMER".
Everyone will perform the Rx workout today. The only difference will be how far you row!
Rx:
8 rounds for time:
1 minute max effort row for distance
1 minute rest
