Today’s workout will take us outside for a fun E2MOM (Every 2 Minutes on the Minute). Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds we will perform 10 air squats then run as far as we can for the remaining time. When the twenty minutes are up, we should feel tired but pleased with our efforts!
The SmartWOD timer app is also helpful for timing today’s workout. Simply press “EMOM,” then choose “Every 2 for 20” and press “Start Timer.”
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

20 minute E2MOM:
10 air squats then run for max distance
Today’s WOD scales automatically, but you can also reduce the number of air squats performed each 2 minute interval and reduce the intensity of your run to make it easier. If walking or running outside is not an option for you today, please substitute marching in place with high knees instead.

5 air squats then fast walk for distance
