We finally made it to Friday, Community Fitness Club! We will end the week with a “Fight Gone Bad” style workout. Today, you will perform three rounds of five different movements - jumping jacks, jump rope, bear crawl, reverse snow angels, and downward facing dog stretch - for one minute each. After the fifth exercise, you will take a one minute break. If you are using Smart WOD, you can use the EMOM feature to time today’s workout. 


If you are comfortable working out and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):


Rx:

3 rounds in 17 minutes:

1 minute of jumping jacks

1 minute of single unders (or imaginary jump rope if you don't have a jump rope)

1 minute of bear crawl

1 minute of reverse snow angels

1 minute of downward facing dog stretch

1 minute of rest


This WOD scales automatically, so there’s no scaled version. Simply take breaks as necessary and do your best!


The last S in SLIPS stands for stretching. Make sure you do your favorite stretches to cool down after today’s WOD. I especially recommend the six basic stretches covered here.
