TGIF, Community Fitness Club! We will end the week with a fun workout in which every two minutes we will perform 4 wall walks and then air bike for the remaining time left in the interval. This will continue for ten rounds until the twenty minutes are up.
To time today’s workout using the SmartWOD timer app:
(1) Press “EMOM”.
(2) Select “Every 2 for 20”.
(3) Press "START TIMER".
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:

Beginners can perform mountain climbers instead of wall walks. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
