It’s the last Community Fitness workout of June, Community Fitness Club! Let’s see out the month with 4 rounds of 100 feet of bear crawl, 50 feet of walking lunges, 50 mountain climbers, and 15 push-ups. When figuring out how far to bear crawl and walking lunge today, there’s no need to break out a measuring stick. 100 feet is roughly equal to 30 big steps, and approximation is good enough. Get after it, and then go enjoy your weekend!
