Today’s workout is a (hopefully) fun E2MOM. Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds we will perform 2 wall walks, and then we will row as far as we can for the remaining time. When the twenty minutes are up, we should feel tired but pleased with our efforts!
The SmartWOD timer app is helpful for timing today’s workout. Simply press “EMOM,” then choose “Every 2 for 20” and press “Start Timer.”
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Beginners can perform inchworms rather than wall walks. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
