We finally made it to Friday, Community Fitness Club! We will end the week with a “Fight Gone Bad” style workout. Today, you will perform three rounds of five different movements - mountain climbers, flutter kicks, bear crawl, reverse snow angels, and downward facing dog stretch - for one minute each. After the fifth exercise, you will rest for one minute.
To time today’s workout using the SmartWOD timer app, simply select “EMOM,” then choose “Every 1 for 17.”
Please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):
Rx:
3 rounds in 17 minutes:
1 minute mountain climbers
1 minute flutter kicks
1 minute bear crawl
1 minute reverse snow angels
1 minute downward facing dog stretch
1 minute rest
This WOD scales automatically, so there’s no scaled version. Simply take breaks as necessary and work hard!
