Because of the coronavirus, many people are deciding to stay home right now, rather than going out to places like the gym. Therefore, every workout this week will be something you can do from home, equipment free. Today’s workout consists of ten rounds of ten tuck jumps, ten air squats, and ten leg raises. Tuck jumps are performed by jumping high and bringing your knees to your chest. Do your best, and stay safe out there!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):
Rx:
10 rounds for time:
10 tuck jumps
10 air squats
10 leg raises
Athletes can scale today’s WOD by reducing the number of rounds they perform. Pick a number of rounds that you feel like you can do today! Also, please feel free to modify the tuck jumps by not bringing your knees up as high when you jump. And, if jumping isn’t right for you today, please substitute 20 high knees for each round of tuck jumps.
