Today’s workout is simple to understand, if not easy to perform. All you have to do is row. In this WOD, you will find out how quickly you can row 5 kilometers (3.1 miles). 


If you are fairly comfortable with rowing, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):


Rx:

For time:

5000m row


Rowing a little over 3 miles will probably sound overwhelming to a beginner. It is okay to shorten the distance to something you feel like you can do. A beginner could shorten the row to just 1 mile (1600m) or 1 kilometer.


Scaled 1:

For time:

1000m row


Pick a distance that is right for you. Whether you reduce the distance because you are short on time or short on energy, doing something is always better than doing nothing!

For time:

3000m row

I love rowing. It is such a great full body workout. i did the 3 miles in 25 mins.
