Today’s WOD (workout of the day) consists of two movements: rowing and wall walks. We will perform a 500 meter row and 5 wall walks, a 400 meter row and 4 wall walks, a 300 meter row and 3 wall walks, a 200 meter row and 2 wall walks, and a 100 meter row and 1 wall walk for time. Be careful on the wall walks! Though the goal is to move quickly, please rest as needed so each wall walk can be performed safely and with good form.


If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):


Rx:

For time:

500 - 400 - 300 - 200 - 100: Meter row

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1: Wall walks


Beginners can perform inchworms rather than wall walks. A beginner’s version of today’s WOD could look like this:

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1: Inchworms


Do what you can today. Pick the wall walk modification that is right for you. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:
