Today’s WOD (workout of the day) consists of two movements: sit-ups and wall walks. We will perform 50 sit-ups and 5 wall walks, 40 sit-ups and 4 wall walks, 30 sit-ups and 3 wall walks, 20 sit-ups and 2 wall walks, and 10 sit-ups and 1 wall walk for time.

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

For time:

50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10: Abmat sit-ups

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1: Wall walks

150 sit-ups will be too many for most beginners. Reduce to a number that is doable for you, and perform inchworms rather than wall walks. A beginner’s version of today’s WOD could look like this:

Scaled 1:

For time:

25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5: Anchored sit-ups

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1: Inchworms

Do what you can today. Pick the wall walk modification and number of sit-ups that is right for you. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

For time:

40 - 30 - 20 - 10: Abmat sit-ups

4 - 3 - 2 - 1: Partial wall walks

Your score is the amount of time it takes you to complete today’s workout. If you’d like, leave your score in the comment section below!
