Today’s WOD consists of seven rounds of 15 box jumps, 10 sit-ups, and 5 pull-ups. The number of repetitions of each movement each round is small, but by the end of the workout you will have completed 105 box jumps, 70 sit-ups, and 35 pull-ups. That’s more than enough for a great, full-body workout!

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

7 rounds for time:

15 box jumps (24in., 20in.)

10 abmat sit-ups

5 pull-ups

A beginner can reduce the total number of rounds in today’s WOD, along with scaling the movements and the box heights. A beginner’s version of today’s WOD could look like this:

Scaled 1:

5 rounds for time:

15 box jumps to a comfortable height

10 anchored or assisted sit-ups

5 ring rows

Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

7 rounds for time:

15 box jumps (20in., 20in.)

10 abmat sit-ups

5 jumping pull-ups

Your score is the amount of time it takes you to complete today’s workout. If you’d like, leave your score in the comment section below!
