Today’s WOD is a 15 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) that consists of handstand push-ups, toes-to-bar, rowing, and lunges. The goal of today’s workout is to complete as much work as possible in the time limit, so work hard and do your best!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
15 minute AMRAP:
5 handstand push-ups
10 toes-to-bar
150 meter row
20 alternating lunges
Many beginners will struggle with the movements in today’s workout. That’s okay! Just pick the scaling options that work for you instead. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
Scaled 1:
15 minute AMRAP:
5 seated dumbbell presses (5lb, 3lb)
10 toes-to-rig
150 meter row
10 modified lunges
Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:
Scaled 2:
15 minute AMRAP:
5 box handstand push-ups
10 hanging knee lifts or leg raises
150 meter row
20 alternating lunges
