Tuck jumps, mountain climbers, and Superman holds make up today’s WOD. The goal is to complete 6 rounds of these movements as quickly as possible, but don’t forget to watch your form during the tuck jumps. Bring your knees up as high as possible!

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

6 rounds for time:

30 tuck jumps

30 mountain climbers

30 second Superman hold

Beginners can reduce the number of reps in today’s workout. If tuck jumps aren’t happening for you today, just jump as high as you can instead, leaving your legs straight. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

Scaled 1:

6 rounds for time:

10 tuck jumps or 20 vertical jumps

20 mountain climbers

20 second Superman hold

Both the number of rounds and the number of reps can be adjusted to make this WOD appropriate for your fitness level. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

5 rounds for time:

30 tuck jumps

30 mountain climbers

30 second Superman hold

Your score is the amount of time it takes you to complete today’s workout. If you would like, leave your score in the comment section below!
