In today’s WOD, you will complete 10 rounds of 10 push-ups and 20 box step-ups. The push-ups will work your upper body, and the box step-ups will work your lower body, giving you a great full body workout. Please use an appropriate box height for you today. Pick a height that is challenging but safe.
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
10 rounds for time:
10 push-ups
20 box step-ups (24in., 20in.)
Beginners can substitute wall push-ups for regular push-ups and lower the height of the box step-ups. They can also reduce the total number of rounds in the WOD. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

8 rounds for time:
10 wall push-ups
20 box step-ups to a comfortable height
Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

10 box or kneeling push-ups
20 box step-ups to a comfortable height
