Today’s WOD combines rowing with push-ups. By the time you finish today’s workout, you will have rowed for 100 calories and completed 100 push-ups. It’s a lot, but you can do it!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Beginners can scale the number of repetitions in today’s WOD to make it more doable. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
