Today’s WOD consists of five rounds of 5 burpees, 10 tuck jumps, 20 dumbbell walking lunges, another 10 tuck jumps, and another 5 burpees. It’s a tough one. Do your best!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
5 rounds for time:
5 burpees
10 tuck jumps
20 dumbbell walking lunges (50lb, 35lb)
10 tuck jumps
5 burpees
A beginner can make today’s WOD more doable by reducing the number of lunges and modifying the movements. Instead of performing tuck jumps, I suggest jumping high with straight legs. Modify the burpees and lunges as needed. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

5 rounds for time:
5 elevated, no push-up burpees
10 vertical jumps
10 modified lunges
10 vertical jumps
5 elevated, no push-up burpees
Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

5 rounds for time:
5 step-back burpees
10 tuck jumps
20 dumbbell walking lunges (25lb, 15lb)
10 tuck jumps
5 step-back burpees
