21 hang power cleans (105lb, 75lb)
21 abmat sit-ups
100 double unders
15 hang power cleans
15 abmat sit-ups
100 double unders
9 hang power cleans
9 abmat sit-ups
Scale the movements in today’s WOD to make it doable for you today. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
