Today’s workout consists of double unders, burpees, and power cleans. Like yesterday, today’s WOD is another one that will really test your cardiovascular system. Good luck out there!

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

For time:

100 double unders

21 burpees

21 power cleans (105lb, 75lb)

100 double unders

15 burpees

15 power cleans

100 double unders

9 burpees

9 power cleans

Scale the movements in today’s WOD to make it doable for you. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

Scaled 1:

For time:

50 single unders or 100 imaginary jump rope

21 elevated, no push-up burpees

21 dumbbell power cleans or hang power cleans (10lb, 5lb)

50 single unders or 100 imaginary jump rope

15 elevated, no push-up burpees

15 dumbbell power cleans or hang power cleans

50 single unders or 100 imaginary jump rope

9 elevated, no push-up burpees

9 dumbbell power cleans or hang power cleans

Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

For time:

200 single unders or 50 double unders

21 burpees

21 power cleans (75lb, 55lb)

200 single unders or 50 double unders

15 burpees

15 power cleans

200 single unders or 50 double unders

9 burpees

9 power cleans
