In today’s workout, we will be performing 5 rounds of 3 wall walks, 12 toes-to-bar, and 20 box jumps as quickly as possible. Please be careful on the wall walks and the box jumps! Though the goal is to move quickly, please rest as needed so each wall walk and box jump can be performed safely and with good form. Also, feel free to modify the workout as needed. You know your body best. Pick the scaling options and rep scheme that are right for you!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
5 rounds for time:
3 wall walks
12 toes-to-bar
20 box jumps (24in., 20in.)
Beginners can scale both the movements and the rep scheme of today’s WOD. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
Scaled 1:
6 rounds for time:
2 inchworms
8 toes-to-rig
12 box jumps or box step-ups to a comfortable height
Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:
Scaled 2:
5 rounds for time:
3 partial wall walks or 6 inchworm push-ups
12 hanging leg raises
20 box jumps to a comfortable height
