Today’s WOD is a 15 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) that consists of inchworm push-ups, sit-ups, and tuck jumps. The goal of today’s workout is to complete as much work as possible, so work hard and do your best!

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

15 minute AMRAP:

5 inchworm push-ups

5 sit-ups

5 tuck jumps

AMRAPs scale automatically. A beginner will naturally perform fewer reps than an advanced athlete. However, it is often necessary to scale other aspects of the workout as well. Beginners can perform inchworms instead of inchworm push-ups, assisted sit-ups rather than regular sit-ups, and plain vertical jumps rather than tuck jumps. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

Scaled 1:

15 minute AMRAP:

2 inchworms

5 assisted sit-ups

5 vertical jumps

Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

15 minute AMRAP:

5 inchworms to kneeling push-ups

5 sit-ups

5 tuck jumps

Please listen to your body, and pick the version of the workout that is right for you. You can always adjust mid-WOD if you find that the modifications you’ve picked are too easy or too difficult.

Your score is the total number of repetitions you complete in today’s workout. If you’d like, leave your score in the comment section below!
