Today’s workout is a 15 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible). The goal today is to complete as many rounds of 30 kettlebell deadlifts, 20 kettlebell swings, and 10 toes-to-bar as you can during the 15 minute workout. Work hard! You can do it!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):
Rx:
15 minute AMRAP:
30 kettlebell deadlifts (53lb, 35lb)
20 American kettlebell swings (53lb, 35lb)
10 toes-to-bar
Beginners can modify today’s workout by substituting toes-to-rig for toes-to bar and Russian kettlebell swings for American kettlebell swings. The number of reps for each movement can be scaled as well. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
Scaled 1:
15 minute AMRAP:
15 kettlebell deadlifts (20lb, 15lb)
10 Russian kettlebell swings (20lb, 15lb)
5 toes-to-rig
Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:
Scaled 2:
30 kettlebell deadlifts (35lb, 22lb)
20 American kettlebell swings (35lb, 22lb)
10 hanging knees raises
