If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
5 rounds for time:
10 hang power cleans (125lb, 85lb)
10 toes-to-bar
2 wall walks
A beginner can reduce the number of rounds and scale the movements in today’s WOD to make it more doable. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
Scaled 1:
4 rounds for time:
10 dumbbell hang power cleans (8lb, 5lb)
10 toes-to-rig
3 inchworms
Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:
Scaled 2:
5 rounds for time:
10 hang power cleans (75lb, 55lb)
10 hanging knee raises
2 partial wall walks or box wall walks
