For today’s WOD (“Workout Of the Day”), we will perform 10 rounds of 5 pull-ups and 5 calories on the air bike. Each round will go by quickly. This is a short one, so just keep moving, and get it done!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
For time:
10 rounds for time:
5 pull-ups
5 air bike calories
Beginners can modify the rep scheme and scale the movements. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:
Scaled 1:
For time:
10 rounds for time:
3 ring rows
3 air bike calories
Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

10 rounds for time:
4 jumping pull-ups or banded pull-ups or 2 regular pull-ups
4 air bike calories
Please listen to your body, and pick the version of the workout that is right for you. You can always adjust mid-WOD if you find that the modifications you’ve picked are too easy or too difficult.
