After two longer workouts, today’s WOD will be a little quicker. That doesn’t mean it will be easy though! For twelve minutes, you will complete as many rounds of 50 feet of bear crawl and 25 feet of broad jumps as you can. Please feel free to estimate the distances in today’s WOD. (25 feet is approximately 8 big steps.)
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
12 minute AMRAP:
50 feet of bear crawl
25 feet of broad jump
If the experienced workout isn’t right for you today, you can shorten the distances and modify the broad jumps. Short, two-footed bunny hops or longer leaps with one leg leading are both good substitutions for the more difficult broad jump. A scaled version of today’s workout could look like this:
Scaled:
12 minute AMRAP:
25 feet of bear crawl
12 feet of bunny hops, leaps, or broad jumps
Your score is the total number of rounds you complete in today’s workout. If you’d like, leave your score in the comment section below!
