You will be travelling back and forth across the gym in today’s workout. For fourteen minutes, you will complete as many rounds of 100 feet of bear crawl and 100 feet of walking lunges as you can. Please feel free to estimate the distances in today’s WOD.

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

14 minute AMRAP:

100 feet of bear crawl

100 feet of walking lunges

Beginners can shorten the distance of the bear crawl and perform modified lunges rather than walking lunges. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

Scaled 1:

14 minute AMRAP:

50 feet of bear crawl

10 modified lunges

Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

14 minute AMRAP:

50 feet of bear crawl

50 feet of walking lunges

Please listen to your body, and pick the version of the workout that is right for you. You can always adjust mid-WOD if you find that the modifications you’ve picked are too easy or too difficult.

Your score is the number of rounds you complete in today’s workout. If you’d like, leave your score in the comment section below!
