Today’s WOD consists of 5 rounds of 12/10 calories (12 for men, 10 for women) on the air bike, 8 push-ups, 16 dumbbell walking lunges, and 20 mountain climbers. Modify the workout as needed, but remember to challenge yourself where possible as well! Do your best, and that will be good enough!


If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:


Experienced:

5 rounds for time:

12/10 calorie air bike

8 push-ups

16 dumbbell walking lunges (50lb, 35lb)

20 mountain climbers


A beginner can make today’s WOD more doable by adjusting the rep scheme and by modifying the movements. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:


Scaled 1:

5 rounds for time:

8/6 calorie air bike

8 wall push-ups

12 modified lunges

16 mountain climbers


Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:


Scaled 2:

5 rounds for time:

10/8 calorie air bike

8 kneeling or box push-ups or 4 regular push-ups

16 dumbbell walking lunges (30lb, 20lb)

20 mountain climbers
