Today’s WOD consists of five rounds of 5 calories on the air bike, 10 push-ups, 20 dumbbell walking lunges, another 5 calories on the air bike, 10 tuck jumps, and 20 mountain climbers. It’s a tough one. Do your best!
If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD:
Experienced:
5 rounds for time:
5 calorie air bike
10 push-ups
20 dumbbell walking lunges (50lb, 35lb)
5 calorie air bike
10 tuck jumps
20 mountain climbers
A beginner can make today’s WOD more doable by adjusting the rep scheme and by modifying the movements. Instead of performing tuck jumps, I suggest jumping high with straight legs. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

4 calorie air bike
8 wall push-ups
12 modified lunges
4 calorie air bike
8 vertical jumps
16 mountain climbers
Perhaps something between the experienced version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

10 kneeling or box push-ups
20 dumbbell walking lunges (30lb, 20lb)
5 calorie air bike
10 tuck jumps
20 mountain climbers
