Today’s WOD is a 15 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) that consists of inchworm push-ups, wall ball squat cleans, and box jumps. The goal of today’s workout is to complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible, so work hard and do your best!

If you are an experienced athlete and feel capable, please perform the following WOD as prescribed (Rx):

Rx:

15 minute AMRAP:

5 inchworm push-ups

5 wall ball squat cleans (20lb, 14lb)

5 box jumps (24in., 20in.)

AMRAPs scale automatically. A beginner will naturally perform fewer reps than an advanced athlete. However, it is often necessary to scale other aspects of the workout as well. Beginners can perform inchworms instead of inchworm push-ups, wall ball goblet squats rather than wall ball squat cleans, and can adjust the height of the box jumps. A beginner’s version of today’s workout could look like this:

Scaled 1:

15 minute AMRAP:

5 inchworms

5 wall ball goblet squats (10lb, 10lb)

5 box jumps to comfortable height

Perhaps something between the Rx version and the beginner version of the WOD is right for you today. Another variation of today’s WOD might look like this:

Scaled 2:

15 minute AMRAP:

5 inchworms to kneeling push-ups

5 wall ball squat cleans (14lb, 10lb)

5 box jumps to comfortable height

Your score is the total number of repetitions you complete in today’s workout. If you’d like, leave your score in the comment section below!
