Whether you are using an Assault AirBike, a Schwinn Airdyne, or one of the many other options on the market, an air bike is a great addition to your cardio routine. Because air bikes enlist your arms as well as your legs, they provide an excellent full-body workout. Air bikes are also a good option for people who struggle with running, because they are low impact and won’t jar your joints.
