Inchworms

The inchworm is a great movement to include in your warm-up routine. It will get your blood flowing while strengthening your shoulders, triceps, chest, and abs and stretching your hamstrings, calves, glutes, and low back. It can also be used as a substitute for wall walks for beginners.
