Rowing

Rowing is a fantastic full-body cardiovascular workout. Not only is it impact free, but it will also help you increase your overall muscular strength as it works your biceps, triceps, deltoids, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Many people who dislike running come to enjoy rowing as it offers a similar cardio benefit without the strain to the joints.
