Wall balls

Wall balls are a fun exercise that will challenge your cardio, strength, and coordination. If you are new to wall balls, pick the lightest one available. Holding it at your chest, squat down like you are doing an air squat. As you stand back up, use your momentum to throw the ball at the wall or at the target on the rig. When you catch the ball, let the ball’s momentum bring you back down into a squat. Only throw the ball as high as you are comfortable with. You can work on increasing the height of your throw in the weeks and months to come. If wall balls are not for you, you can substitute air squats or light dumbbell thrusters.
