Like the plain inchworm, inchworm push-ups provide a great stretch for your low back, glutes, calves, and hamstrings, but the push-up will add to the movement’s ability to strengthen your shoulders, triceps, chest, and abs. The inchworm push-up is a great addition to your warm-up routine or can be included in a workout to strengthen your core and upper body.
